"On Wednesday morning I woke up to water in my basement due to a leaky gauge. I called Agua Well and Pump and they told me they could try to get out that day but for sure the next day. The woman that answered the phone gave me her cell phone number so I could forward a video of the problem. About 4 hours later, I received a call that they would be at my house in 5 - 10 minutes. I left work and by the time I got home, they were there. The service technician, Chad explained everything to me and gave me his recommendation to replace the pressure tank due to the gauge leaking and the age of my tank. I went back to work and the job was completed by the time I got done for the day. Excellent communication and customer service!"

"I got suspicious, when the original installer tested the well the same day of installation, two of the tests came back as unsafe. <br /> Showed high levels of Coliform  & Arsenic. A Friend told me to call Hahn's pump service. I talked to Ben, & he said I should wait App. <br /> 2 Weeks & run the water 8 -10 Hours for a couple of days before testing. That's what we did. Jake, Ben's service man came out the next day, checked the whole water system & took samples. Four days later the results came back. All three samples cam back SAFE. <br /> Coliform & Arsenic were ABSENT. It's really nice dealing with a Honest & Trustworthy Company, that is very Knowledgeable & Competent at their Profession. They will have all my future business. Also, they would have been $800.00 Cheaper than the <br /> original installer."

Nanod was the plumber who did the final installation of the sump pump set-up and discharge configuration. "we hired traditional plumbing ( john) 4 times now, and one of the 4 times was recently, to do various projects for us. We had quite a list for him, and he did an excellent job. One of the projects was to get our main water shut off- to work. It was old, and corroded and frozen. He had to call our city water dept, and have them come out to go into our lawn, to find the main valve out there, to go down 6-7 feet, to shut it off. While the city was doing that, john went to a supply store to pick up the necessary parts he would need to fix it. John then made the necessary repairs, putting in new parts, and he did a great job. He also put in a new dual sump pump that we had purchased- ( he helped us to find a good one-) basement watch dog, and so, we asked him to put that in for us too. and he hooked up the battery for us, and showed us how it worked- plus he also made a new shelf for that battery to sit on, above the sump pump. We also had him install a new vanity top and faucet we had previously purchased, and then also we had him unhook an old water softener for us, and cap the pipes. We also wanted him to put on a new turn valve ( which got broken) on the pipe for our toilet. He really did such a good job, and we are happy that we found him through Home Advisors. He is a very nice man, and his pricing is fair too. We would recommend him very highly."

He stuck with it and when he left I finally had a kitchen sink that drained again. He was friendly, explained everything that needed done and had a estimate before proceeding.
