I did speak to the plumber that installed the water heater, and he quoted me $200 for the project, which, according to YouTube, would take less than 10 minutes, and only needed a 1 1/16 heavy duty socket and a bucket.. and some strength. After the discount from the coupon from Angie's list, and the fact that we bought the new Anode Rod already.. we still had to pay $110 out of pocket.. guess it's better than $200 total.
