I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. Richie was on-time when he came out to give us an estimate.  He was prepared and climbed on the roof so he could measure and give us an accurate estimate on the cost (we had 2 other companies give us estimates and neither took the time to go up and evaluate what needed to be done - based on Richie's measurements, both would have attempted to install the wrong sized roof panels due to our homes roof size).  The day of installation, Richie and his helper arrived on time and immediately started to work.  They did an EXCELLENT job installing the solar pool system.  Unfortunately (for Richie), the chlorinator was broken by his helper.  Richie immediately got in the truck and went and bought a brand new one & installed it - NO CHARGE TO US.

"I cannot say enough good about this appliance repair company. I called them to come fix my 12 year old LG front loading washer on Thursday, January 31. Tristan was at my house within 45 minutes. He knew exactly what to do to problem solve to try to fix it that day. He discovered that the pump failed, and Tristan was able to get the part sent overnight. He was back at my house at 8 AM the next morning to install the pump. It is working really well, and I hope I can get some more time out of this excellent washer. Tristan represents this company well with his knowledge and high energy. He also put a small part on my icemaker that had fallen off. Tristan’s good will is very much appreciated.
