"Initial estimate was somewhere north of $700-800 but Dave was able to make repairs WITHOUT tearing the wall out and having to install an access door, saving me $200-300 minimum! The only criticism I have (which has no bearing on the work performed) is that, when going over the work to be done, just verbally throwing out a cost for each aspect of the work is not helpful. There should be something written down, when discussed, so that the customer can review the estimate and also compare it to the work being done. Just suggestion."

"They say some jobs are too big for the do-it-youselfer, mounting a tv in a recessed alcove above a fireplace may have been one too big for me. Unbelievably, I hit an electric wire inside a wall stud, knocking out power to my living room. I found BRL Solutions on Angies list about 11PM Friday night and emailed them and asked them if they could call me Saturday morning. They did, and Brian showed up as promised at 11:30AM. He quoted me an hourly rate and estimate of completion to fix the wire in the wall and move the outlet to a new location. He repaired the electrical issue in about an 90 minutes. He also told me that he does a lot of TV wall mounts and could finish the installation for me (without any pressure by the way). I didn't think twice about it. I have installed two other wall mounts in my house but this one was far from easy. He had extra bolts for fitting the mount on my TV which was an odd shape. It took him over an hour to install the mount, and hang the tv. And it was NOT an easy or strait forward job. I am pretty sure it would have taken me a lot longer. Brian is small business owner that takes a lot of pride and professionalism in his work. On Friday night, I was left literally in the dark on my project and very annoyed. I needed help and what I got was exactly what I was looking for. I fully attend to use Brian for any future electrical works and would highly recommend him."

"Ray and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior painting. They also repaired 2 window sills and the porch overhang while adding insulation as well. Ray is an honest, integral man that wants to make sure you are happy when the job is done. Not only would I recommend Ray to everyone, I also would recommend people call Ray for estimates on other projects and even the stuff he does not do. He will give his honest opinion and even recommend a few people to use. He is one of those guys it's good to know and be able to call anytime you need something. In short....Hire this guy!!"

We had an issue with the dishwasher not fitting correctly under our counter and he actually took the time to call the company we purchased it from to have it replaced. Way above what was required of him! The new plumbing for the second bathroom is ten times better than whats in the old bathroom. We plan on having him out again when we remodel the older bathroom and to install a sump pump backup."

I left a message and Paul called back in less than 5 minutes.  Paul came out to give an estimate within 3 days and within one week, was here to do the work.  Paul and Michael arrived promptly.  Mike stayed to do the work.  It was tedious as the wall paper border was being stubborn.  It looks great and is ready to be painted.  The clean up was thorough and everything was back in place just as it was upon their arrival.  Paul came back to check to be sure all was good with the work.  It sure was!
