"After signing the statement of work and making the downpayment for new gutters and gutter guards, I received a text from the PM regarding the status of the job (i.e., scheduling, expected date that the materials would be received at the Clemens warehouse, and their QC of materials). The PM, Rick, kept me updated on the receipt of materials and anticipated start date of the job, which I found very helpful. About 5 days prior to the start of installing the gutters, I was notified and asked if that was a good date for me (I was impressed that they asked if it was a good date for me). The installation group, led by Austin, were on-time, had an efficient set-up, and wasted no time in removing the old gutters and installing the new ones. I went out late morning to see what was going on and I was impressed. The work area was neat, all flowers and bushes that they had to work around looked untouched, and they had a majority of the gutters up which was no small feat since two gutters run the entire expanse of the house (probably > 60 feet) and they looked perfect! They even wiped the gutters on the outside when they were completed. When they were done Austin asked me if I was satisfied with their work and provided information about their warranty. Great team leader and awesome crew - extremely efficient. So glad we chose Clemens (picked them based on their fair price and phenomenal reviews). The finished job looks amazing. Had no idea that new gutters would make that big a deal with the appearance of one's home but they sure do! I will definitely consider using Clemens Home Solutions for any future prrojects."
