They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "

He was also very easy to communicate with regarding the items I wanted. He arrived promptly both days of my renovation and involved me in any decisions during the renovation. But he showed up early and was very nice to deal with and fixed the shutter in less then 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable. The job was well done. "Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
