"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.

I had a supply line break in my guest bathroom which flooded my entire home.  Drimaxx was there that evening (very quickly) and immediately started the work to get the water out.  They took care of everything. I just watched.  After getting the water out they removed all damaged flooring and wall boards.  They set up fans and dehumidifiers.  Brian and his employees made an unbearable situation a lot less stressful.  The team was always professional, polite and made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands. The work took several days and I was secure with them being in my home while I was not there. I would use this company again if I needed to and would refer them to others.

"Owner told me that it would cost around $700 to fix a bearing that went out in my front-loading GE (not very old) washing machine due to the very poor (inconsiderate) engineering design by GE and that I should rather use the $$$ to replace it at the store of my choice (with another brand) than have him repair it... "I called Don in the beginning of the week and he worked around my schedule and was there, on time, by the end of the same week. What should have been an easy faucet replacement was complicated by the fact that the hole in my granite was smaller than the new faucet I had purchased. When Don told me this, I was sure I would have to go find a new faucet to fit the hole but he persevered and was determined. He was able to make the hole larger without damaging my granite and the finished product looks beautiful. He cleaned up any mess that was made and is very professional. I will absolutely call Don again!"
