There was a quality problem with the sliding glass doors and they were quick to repspond to my call and started the replacement process quickly. However, they said it would take 4-6 weeks for the new doors it's now been about 8 weeks and I'm waiting to hear that the doors have been delivered so we can scheule a time to install them. I don't think it's Clear Choice's problem, but it is frustrating. We ordered Andersen windows thinking it was a good name and have been disappointed with the problem we've had."

"Good overall company, but they lack communication... I would give them a "D" for that. installers were sloppy as well, nails all over the driveway and in pool as well as loose shingle pcs all over the place. Installers lacked supervision big time. Now overall did they do a good job....yes I believe so, it looks great and their 15 yr warranty is best in the industry. But very sloppy and again lacked supervision... I had to makes tons of phone calls to get answers. Home office needs to monitor the job better & keep homeowner in the loop on everything that is going on & not rely on one field supervisor as he is probably spread too thin. They also dented my garage door which I need to address with them."
