We have 9+ years of experience. Here at Legacy outdoor living we are dedicated to giving every client a great experience. Our mission is to build more beautiful backyards for people to enjoy the great outdoors of Tennessee. Our process is simple ,meet with the client and determine what it is that they are looking to do and offer professional guidance if needed , determine a budget for the project, determine a design for the project , and last but certainly not least take the paper design and bring it to life. "My husband and I have been wanting to place a privacy fence in our back yard since fall of 2023, we called multiple local businesses with no answer and very little call backs. My husband found Legacy Outdoor Living on Angi's List. Immediately we got a call back and met Austyn with a quote for a 350 foot cap & rail privacy fence. We waited about 3 months from the initial quote to the day of installing the fence. Until that time we had prepared by cutting trees down, stump grinding, and surveying the land. Now, it is January and the weather has been so unpredictable. That did not stop Austyn from coming to work in frigid temperatures with 6 inches of snow and ice. We made sure he had plenty of hot coffee and a little fire nearby to keep him warm. We are so happy with his work and can easily say we have the best looking fence in the entire neighborhood!"

"The cover to our patio looks great, but ... to install the three posts. they needed to cut into the existing stone patio. After the cover was installed, they did an inadequate job replacing the stones around two of the three posts. I went to the office to pay for the work, told them of this problem, and they told me to send photos and they would get it addressed. I've sent photos (twice), but they have ignored my requests. Lesson learned: don't pay until you are completely satisfied."
