They are so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Their workmanship is excellent! There were no surprises w the cost or the timing. They used FaceTime to call us and show us work in progress. And the end result on both bathrooms (plus painting of adjoining bedrooms) was superb! Their trim work is beautiful. Tom crafted custom vanities and a banquet sitting area. Beautiful work. Rex reworked the Sheetrock and finished it beautifully. "Excellent !!! I highly recommend this contractor. The finished product was even better than I had imagined. On-Site Builders handled all of the necessary drawings, permits, & inspections. I met with Gary once or twice and he sketched the roof based on my description. I never had to get involved again after those meetings. He employed 4 subcontractors for the framing, shingled roof, vinyl covering, & fan installation. All performed exceptionally. It was as though they read my mind. I actually enjoyed watching his crew and the subcontractors perform their crafts. They were like well oiled machines. By watching every step of the process, I could see how well built it is. Very strong. A few flaws needed to be revisited in the vinyl work but they were corrected the next day. The area was kept clean throughout the process as they swept up every day. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be a pleasure."

He did a terrific job blending the two spaces and resolving any issues that arose. Andrew is the up front guy and a real pleasure to work with. Got quotes from two other companies and Southern Exposure was the best. I would recommend them."
