"Our technician Jamie L was 2nd to none. He was the 2nd plumber to come check the leak on our newly installed oven. The other plumber couldn't figure it out without wanting to replace a lot of piping, Jamie L took the time to listen to my questions about why they would the pipping need to be replaced. He was knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient.I would highly recommend and we would hire again for any home projects -Jazmine"

"Diamond House recently did a bathroom remodel. Replaced all the plumbing fixtures and drains due to a leak. Throughout the renovation the project manager and office staff stayed in great communication and kept me informed of progress through whole project! The bathroom turned out beautiful! "We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"
