"My piping drain from my washer runs by my kitchen sink. It occasionally backs up. I have used the liquid type of drain cleaner and sometimes it cleares the clog. Sometimes I blow air pressure through it to clear the clog. This particular time I decided to buy a snake to run down the roof vent. I didnt have any luck getting it to make the turn. I removed the sink plumbing and ran the snake through there but it wasen't long enough. So I joined Angies list to find a good plummer,they even had a coupon for their top recommended plumber. He couldn't get to me right away which is understandable. He called me the next day and arranged to meet me. I had already cleared the plug with air but wanted him to run the snake because he told me that if he brought back some mud that it was possible that I had a broken line. I thought that his idea was good insurance. We arranged to meet the next day to run the snake. <br />  I had to take off of work to be able to meet with him. When I got to the house he was standing talking to him assistant. He informed me that he had indeed pulled back some mud and that I should contact my insurance to find out what they would pay if they had to go in the house and jackhammer out my floor and foundation to repair the pipe. Informing me that it could cost into the thousands to repair. Or maybe hire a company to run a camera in the line to find out exactly where the damage was located. At a cost of around $600.00. <br />  I was not impressed because he did not wait on me to get there to witness the job. I feel that he could have at least given me an approximate distance to the location of the supposed break,which he showed me no evidence of in the first place. I also feel that he talked down to me because i wanted to use the Angies list coupon also. Like I shouldn't be surprised about what he was saying. I don't mind paying good money for good service but he did not seem very professional to me. He was in too much of a hurry to get to the next job. <br />"

"The first try (or three) didn't solve the problem, so I had to call them back out to re-snake the drain line.  They actually came out on a weekend for this next attempt.  That also did not fix the problem, so they came out a third time to try again.  The third time was the charm.  I haven't had a problem with the line since then.  They did not charge me for any of the additional visits so the first payment amount was all I ended up paying.  <br />"

"As usual the guys showed up on time and were very professional. The job took about 3-4hrs and they didn't stop one time for a break, very hard workers and stayed until the job was complete. We had a few issues come up that wasn't a part of the game plane but they were quick to find a solution and got the job complete to standard. <br />"

When they got here they started working. My old house was fighting them with broken pipes and bad wiring. They stayed late to make sure the job got done and they stuck to what they quoted me which amazed me. They also advised me on what needed to be updated and gave me options they wasnt pushy on the upsale just honest info. They even set up a appointment the next week to make sure the system is working good. I would recommend them to everyone."

As soon as I chose this company, he immediately started on the permit needed, and contacting the city about the depth & location of the main line. I was given the estimate price up front, and that's the price I paid!</p> <p> After a couple of rain delays (can't dig in the mud and rain!) Ryan and his crew & equipment showed up. They started digging and replacing the line. They were a great crew! They had to remove part of a shared chain-link fence, but by the end of the day it had been professionally put back in place and looked like it had never been touched. It is important to note that a couple of the plumbing companies I called said they would take the fence down, but I would have to call a fence company to put it back up!</p> <p>All in all, It was a 1 day job and I am very happy with the work and price. </p> <br />"

"Roger came to my home to provide an estimate. He arrived promptly. He was professional, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. I showed him the work I needed to have done. He measured the rooms for flooring. He spent time talking with me about some other issues I had with my house and offered some good ideas. I don't think he completely understood my vision for a change in the layout of the shower in the master bath but I would have revisited that topic with him prior to hiring him. I was concerned about a possible cat "accident" ruining new floors and Roger had a great idea to have the planks stained and sealed on site. This would help prevent moisture from getting in between the planks. Roger provided an estimate with moderate details. His estimate was about what I expected and in line with my budget. He called to follow up with me on the estimate. I wasn't home at the time and he left a message. I always appreciate it when a service provider checks back. It makes me feel like they want my business. I give him an A+ for doing that. I liked Roger. A minor health issue come up in my family and I decided to table the project for the time being. <br />"
