Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! Lee Dickerson was one of four contractors who responded to my request for quotes to build a new 24' x 24' stand-alone garage,.  I wanted it designed to look like the existing attached garage, including drywall, insulation, 9 foot ceiling, 8 foot high door, man door, 3 dormers, natural stone, stairs to a finished second floor, and painted throughout with window and baseboard moldings.  He did exactly as I requested.  His architect created drawings laying out the design and required material.  He worked with the township to obtain the required building permit and commenced work as promised.  All of his crew and those of the subcontractors were closely scheduled to avoid unnecessary downtime.  When a few timing or material issues arose, Lee worked tirelessly to put in place work-arounds to keep the project on schedule.  All of his subs and his own crew performed extremely well and were professional from start to finish.  I now have the garage I wanted.  It looks like it's always been there since it matches almost exactly with our home and existing garage.  I am very pleased with the work product and the quickness of completion (5 weeks from start to finish).  The quality is excellent.
