"What I liked in dealing with James was his thoroughness regarding the details of the repair to my dell laptop. He was able to get it reformatted and installed software I wanted. Upon completion he gave me a list showing each of the services performed including things like creating bootable USB, checking for driver updates, licensing, etc. The only problems I encountered at the time was with the prework documentation and the receipt were both sent as Word docs. He was very clear about what happened and how much it would cost - and advised me that it probably was not worth it. (He was right!) He then answered a number of questions I had about how this might have happened, how to avoid it, and how to go about shopping for a new computer; this was all gratis, right over the phone, for no extra charge. This WAS like having a geek advise me - a polite, thoughtful, and understanding geek who was in no way pretentious or high-handed.
