"The diagnosis was not good. Unfortunately I have to replace my 16 yr old refrigerator so no repair was made. Almanac was in and out quickly and at a reasonable price. The only problem I had was several hours after he left my water line blew and flooded the kitchen floor. I don't know if Almanac caused it or if it was getting ready to rupture anyway so I won't hold it against him. I'm lucky I was here when it happened otherwise my whole first floor would have been flooded."
