"Punctual and efficient. Juan called right away, and we set up an appointment. He explained what he could and could not do. The issue was a Samsung TV that quit working and needed a reboot. Then I asked if he would set up a computer I was working on downstairs. No problem. The price, for this day and age, was reasonable."
