"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"We knew we needed a new roof for 2021 and started saving up and calling around for quotes. Lo and behold, as we had appointments with other roofers in our area, a salesman (Bryan) was dropping off door hangers. We immediately called and Bryan came back to take pictures, let us know what the process would be like, and how to go about starting a claim with our homeowners insurance since we had significant wind and hail damage. We didn't know that was a thing, and--what luck!--our insurance covered the entire install, including materials and labor. We wouldn't have known about the insurance bit without Bryan. We would've delayed a much-needed roof until we had enough money saved without Bryan. We wouldn't have known about C3 without Bryan. So we have to say, we're beyond impressed with C3 and their work, but mostly Bryan! We were so thrilled with the amount of money we were able to save by doing what Bryan told us, we got new gutters installed as well. "The installer very sensibly installed the replacement gutters to match the previous installation. This placed the downspout  about 2 feet from the end of the gutter. As I realized this would lead to pooling in the space between the end of the gutter and the downspout and be a breeding ground for mosquitoes I voiced my concern to the installer who had just finished doing a very fine job.
    After consulting head-quarters he agreed to reinstall just to make me happy. I asked if he thought a simple patch over the existing downspout hole as well as installing a whole new gutter (which he was preparing to do at no extra cost). He looked relieved and said it could be guaranteed to work well. The downspout is now attached to the end of the gutter and I am very satisfied.
    I will definitely be using this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

"I was looking for a company to remove the textured/popcorn ceiling throughout my entire house.  George Jr. came and did an estimate.  He was very punctual, professional and extremely patient with all of my questions.  I must have called/emailed 10+ times with questions.  He was also very accommodating with my schedule.  Price was very competitive considering the amount of work and vaulted ceilings.
The house was vacant so it was easier than having to work around furniture.  I actually don't think it would have been possible with furniture.  There was an incredible amount of dust during the work in progress.  Finished work was just as I had expected.  I highly recommend George and his crew and would use them again in the future.
