"We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."

"They came out to do my gutters. Unfortunately, by the time they got here the gutters were frozen. They tried to come back a week or so ago and the gutters were still frozen. They are going to come back later but, so far so good. They were able to do the front gutters because those had got the sun. The rear of the house is shady side and so they were still frozen. I gave them a B because it took them longer to get here. I think they positioned themselves that they had to deal with frozen stuff, that's probably because they were busy. They will take of me and so, I am fine. It was a very good price. They were here when they said they would be here."

"Over a period of about 16 months, C&J Construction Services performed extensive renovations on my 155 year-old house.  They started in January 2012 with exterior renovations, which included new shingles and exterior trim, new windows and doors, new porch, entryway and roof (including replacement of underlay), as well as a new bulkhead, rebuilt chimney, and stonework around the exterior. There is no fine print discussing the terms and it's only after you purchase that you find out that the deal is only good for UP TO 6 hours of wall paper removal for one room only. I feel this should be explicitly stated so that there is no confusion afterwards. Basically, if your "one room" only takes 2 hours to complete, that's all you get, even if you have more rooms that need wallpaper removed. The deal should be called "One room of wall paper removal for up to 6 hours of labor". 
Aside from that criticism, the project went well overall. The original date I had picked was scheduled and then the day before they were supposed to come out, they called and rescheduled because the weather had caused some back-up in their appointments. This was a little bit of a pain because I had taken the day off to be home for the work to be done. But they showed up on time for the re-scheduled appointment. The woman who did the work was nice and polite, and completed all of the rooms I needed done because the wallpaper came of with very little effort and she was able to get through all three rooms in under 2 hours.
