"David fixed my water heater !!!!!!!"

"Water Works and Dan in particular were great. Preventively fixed my leaking faucet, and aesthetically he did a better job than what we had. He also pointed out other potential issues that i had not been aware of. He didnt didnt hard sell via scare tactics, but spoke to me intelligently and was sincerely looking out for our best interest. I will hire them again for future plumbing work. Thanks To homeadvisor.com and water works for their great work. I'm truly thankful."

"They did a fantastic job, however I believe the labor cost was a little steep. And they should share the maintenance on the water heater with the customer."

"Jose was very helpful and diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly. Would definitely recommend his services."

"Alex did a great job replacing our water heater. He was straight forward with his rate, no hidden charges. He was very respectful and kind. I highly recommend his service! I will definitely contact him again for my future plumbing issues."

"Seemed really expensive to just have someone come and unclog our dryer exhaust. They also didn't tell us the price beforehand, just got to work and asked for $300 after. I asked if we could do $200 and they agreed. No receipt or paperwork of any kind, it honestly felt a little sketchy because he also had me make out the check to him personally, not the company. I wish I had questioned this more at the time, but it never quite sat right with me.."

"I hired RRV for removal of a hot water heater and installation of a new heater. Roberto was professional and gave a reasonable price. He picked up the new heater at Homedepot and took the old one, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Upon completion of the job, Roberto called numerous times to make sure all was well and also came on a Sunday night upon being informed something was wrong. I would recommend this company to anyone."

"The plumber who was sent out was on-time and efficient in diagnosing and repairing two minor issues. Cost was reasonable for the work done. However, the main office seemed to disregard what I had described to them over the phone and the photos I sent -- the plumber was expecting a leaking sink, when the issue was a leaking toilet valve and a sink missing a tail piece. The main office does get bonus points for contacting my management company (condo!) to coordinate a shutdown of water to my apartment line to facilitate the repairs, even though this proved unnecessary. Overall would recommend and would use again without hesitation."

"Unfortunately my unit was on its last legs. Their efforts only extended its life a few more weeks. It was too expensive to repair."
