Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

They repaired it, but it leaked again a couple of days later, causing more water damage. We had to shut off our water and went without water until Monday because no technician was available Sunday. I was told someone would bring fans to dry the area, but no one came, so I rented them myself. The city later failed the inspection, requiring additional corrections. We paid quite a bit for this project. After final payment, communication became very poor. I expected better follow-up and accountability for a job of this size."
