The entire team was constantly in learning mode, with the senior technicians mentoring and teaching the younger team members, which greatly impressed me. They finished on time and without any delay or disruption; they cleaned each work area and removed all debris, packaging, and the old system. We've owned this house for 20 years, had many repairs and replacements, and Moore has raised the bar so far for quality and value. While they were the middle bid in terms of overall cost, we believe we received higher value that even the highest bid. I can strongly recommend them to anyone planning repair work on their existing system, new installations, or maintenance. After getting few responses from HVAC contractors working in new homes in Sonoma County, we were pleased to know that Moore specializes in existing homes and responded to our online request within minutes.
