"Several years ago, we needed new oak flooring installed in two large rooms and have the rest of the home's floors sanded and refinished. IC Custom Flooring did all of the work and the results are amazing. The new flooring blends perfectly with the old floor both in fit and color. The workmen were prompt, courteous and extremely skilled. They moved and replaced all of the furniture as needed and left the worksite spotless, and all at a very fair price. Recently, we changed the hearth on our living room fireplace which exposed a large patch of 58 year old flooring. Since the old flooring had never been refinished, it was discolored with age and not level with the surrounding floor. Once again we called IC Custom Flooring. "I am so pleased with the help that we received from American Carpet Distributors! We had a burst pipe in our basement that got our carpet and padding wet. We had to throw out the padding but managed to save the carpet. Larry responded so quickly and was so easy to work with. He stopped by the house the same day I called him and took measurements to replace the carpet padding. A couple days later he sent out a very friendly and hardworking crew to replace the padding and lay our old carpet on top. It looks and feels brand new. I am so pleased that he was so promp to help. I feel like he was so fair in his pricing and that he wasn't pushy to sell me things I didn't need. The other carpet companies I called would only do the job if I bought new carpet (which I didn't need) or had a high minimum job payment. Other companies wanted to just give an estimate by seeing pictures and based on other jobs we've had they were all going to be way under actual cost on materials, let alone labor needed on top. Danny was able to give a good general estimate by the pictures, but then insisted he see in person so he can be as accurate as possible. The amount of leveling needed, as expected, was not conveyed by photo. He explained how he'd tackle the job and estimated timeframe. Lalo, the installer, did a fantastic job and without interruption. We never wanted cabinets from a flooring company, But they targeted the owner because she is 91 years old and took them. Months later we got them back from the ex-con and hoodlum they sent to rob the owner totally destroyed and had to pay another $1300 to get them back. We feared for our safety because they wanted to know if the house was for sale and what types of cars we were driving. They prey upon the elderly. Do not use this company unless you have a criminal attorney on retainer. Stay away from DeSitter at all costs."
