"Felipe was amazing. He was the first business to contact me and he had the best price compared to others that contacted me later. When he came to view our bedroom, he said the furniture would be moved to another side of our very small bedroom. I asked for a quote for our family room carpet that had small sagging that was nowhere near the obvious sagging in our bedroom carpet. He looked at it and gave me a quote based on the sagging. He was honest and said that I could wait until the sagging got worse but then the price would increase for a return trip so I opted to get both rooms done since the price for both was less than one company quoted me for our bedroom. Felipe kept in communication with me. After he left our home, I was supposed to text him to confirm the appointment but he texted me. On the say before the appointment, he texted me to confirm and gave me several time options. On the day of the job (a Saturday which was his birthday) he arrived on time with someone that works with him. To my pleasant surprise, they started moving some of our bedroom furniture which is huge and heavy and usually adds to the price! They broke down our bed in no time and moved the pieces into other rooms. I saw the carpet where the bed was. Our bed had not been moved in years so the carpet underneath it had gathered a lot of dust. After they finished, I could hear a vaccuum cleaner (another surprise)! I was not expecting that and wondered if they were using ours and, if so, how did they know where to find it.I did not realize it when they arrived but they brought one with them! My husband vaccuumed before they arrived but, of course, could not vaccuum under our bed. They finished our bedroom then proceeded to our family room and did their thing! They were finished in less than two hours! Since my appointment was at 8AM, that freed up the rest of my Saturday. I'm not sure if it's a mental thing but after the work was completed, I felt a sense of newness in our home. My husband left for an appointment shortly before they finished and returned when they were gone. Without me saying anything, he said that our home felt great! That being said,I highly recommend Felipe and would hire him again in a heartbeat!"

"If you need to have carpeting stretched, VIO flooring, specifically Oscar Flores ,is the company to do the job. He and his dad did a beautiful job making my carpeting look like new. They checked in on route to my home and cleaned up afterward. I am grateful that VIO flooring did such a great job!"

"I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."
