"Called Russo's Pools.  Pleasant to deal with, very accommodating.  The repairman, Ed, came out a day or two later.  Very cold outside.  Ed examined the mechanics and electronics of this older Jaccuzi (inherited it from my neighbor over twenty years ago!), diagnosed and EXPLAINED the problem.  Fixed the problem and TESTED it to make sure that the unit was working properly.  Enjoyed the hot tub last night.  Ed knew what he was doing, did a great job at a very reasonable price.  I am calling Russo's and asking for ED whenever I have a hot tub issues.  Thanks, Ed!

"CMM installed a garage heater for me. Chuck came out and did a free estimate which I received the next day. The price was good ($800 cheaper than other estimate) and included gas and electrical hook up and venting. Jeff came and installed unit. Everything went smooth and he left everything neat and clean. "04/23/13 Crew showed up on time after making sure Miss Dig marked the gas lines and pulled the permit; the pool was 50% gone on the first day and removed completely by the second day. Removing the associated equipment and filling the hole was done on the days following. Progress was made every single day. The hole was properly inspected by the City of Sterling Heights and then filled in by Pool Busters. When the topsoil was laid, Pool Busters called me to let me know I needed more than was originally recommended. I agreed (it cost an extra $975 but was worth it) and a good quality topsoil was put in place. The first completely dry day we had after the work started was 05/01, and the contractor Pool Busters authorized to replace a section of city sidewalk was here and put in the new sidewalk panels.
I am really delighted we made this decision. An inground pool is a huge expense. We spent $18,000 fixing it in 1993, and it would have cost $12,000 to remodel it this year. When we used to heat it, that cost $900 a year. We stopped doing that when the heater broke. Our sand filter needed replacing, and that would have been another $1,000. Each year, opening and closing the pool cost approximately $700, and chemicals cost us another $500 or so per year. It added a great deal to our electric bill each summer to run the pump.

"Technician stated hot water heater needed to be total replaced due to normal wear and tear. Hot water heater is initially the hot water heater installed in 1999 when home was built. Choice Home Warranty denied the claim after several years of being a loyal customer, making payments on- time every month. What is the use of having this warranty for times as this and when you need them, they denied the claim? Although the service was good, response time adequate, providing the services needed when your appliance break down and being denied repairs was disappointing and devastating, especially when coronavirus is rampant and you really need your hot water to wash clothes, dishes, bath, shower, and remain sanitary. I am so heart broken because I live on a fixed income and am disable, and can’t afford to purchase a hot water heater at this time. They determined that the water heater was not operating properly as a result of a lack of effective maintenance of the unit. What a crock!"

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
