Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. "Joseph and Q was respectful and kind but Joseph didn t not return my calls after the ejector pump stop after they clean it on initial service call. Q called be back later and said that they had a flat tired and showed up five hours later. I had them to put in a new ejector pump. I call them to rot out my main sewer line and left messages to call be back but Joseph never did. The customer service was very poor. I will not use them again or recommend them."
