"I have been a customer of Colonial Pools for 8 years. The thing I most appreciate is their friendly, helpful customer service and their knowledge about pools. Over 8 years, their weekly maintenance personnel have all been friendly and responsive to my requests. Over the years, their technical team has also installed a salt water filter system, a pool heater, fixed a pool leak and provided parts and repairs for all systems. We are now having our second heater installed after the old one gave out. They provided me with information that was helpful in making a decision about heater brands and will be here to install it within a couple of days of purchase. I would highly recommend them for regular maintenance, repairs and equipment maintenance."

I have been looking for a company small enough to actually care and large enough to provide the various types of services needed to maintain my pool. The Owners of Sweetwater and their staff have gone out of their way to treat me like a special customer. They have been very fast to respond to issues and the charges I feel have been very fair. I hired them about 6 months ago and they have been great and are not trying to fix things that are not broken as others have done. I have never received near the level of personal attention with other companies regardless of their size. I depend on my pool for therapy and they have been willing to make that a priority in servicing me. Other companies have left me hanging without use of my pool for many days but Sweetwater has bent over backwards to see this does not happen. I have had pools for probably 20 years and have never been as happy with the pool and the service provider as I am now. Give them a try you will not be dissapointed."
