"The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

"The appointment went okay. Checked option "no" for "Would you hire again?" only because the company is based in Jackson and in an emergency not the most practical choice and if it was not for the Angie's List promo we most likely would not have heard about this company."

"It went very well. While examining the under sink cabinet, there was a leak in the disposal, Ryan replaced it with a new one. He did a great job by attaching a wood plank under the sink cabinet, it looks good and hardy. Also he found out that there was an additional leak from a pipe in the basement closet. He went and bought all the hardware and did an excellent job in fixing the pipe leak, fixed the drywall, resurfaced and repainted the ceiling of the basement closet and in the process explained everything very well. We are very happy with his services and will definitely hire him for our future home projects."

"Brady came and gave me an estimate.  They were able to start the work the next day.  It went quite well.  They ran into a slight problem in that some of the sub floor came up with the tile.  But it did not result in much of a price increase.  The floor was extremely uneven, but after they were finished, it was even and ready for us to install our floating floor.  They did a great job.

"March 10 & 11, 2020 was an exciting day for our household. It was bathroom demo and installation day. Two weeks earlier our Maxtrix (Ballard the owner) Sales Rep Christopher P came over to take measurements and discuss our selections,costs and put the plan in motion. Christopher Parkhurst explained in laymans terms all of our questions we had for him. Our crew (Greg the lead) were so polite, respectful and knew what they were doing from taking out our 1969 tub, walls to the studs, window kit, new fixtures and the plumbing. The final day Sales Rep Christopher stopped by to see the progress and how pleased we were. The work crew cleaned up as they went along and took away the construction trash with them. Raymond and I plan to use this company (Maxtrix Bathroom Systems of Michigan) (owner Ballard) again in the future for new home windows."
