"My computer suddenly stopped working on July 29. I left an email, using the Angie's List website, around 10:00pm for Petro Computer Solutions to contact me. The next morning I spoke to Mike Petro, advised what the problem was, and he said he could come to my home the next morning at a specific time to het my computer for evaluation. He arrived on time and took my computer. He advised he should have an evaluation the next day and would call me to discuss what needed to be done to repair it. He did call the next day and advised that the mother board had failed and would need to be replaced. He also advised that because of the make and model, there may be difficulty finding a replacement. He also advised that he could send the mother board for repair to an out of state facility that was much less expensive than replacing the mother board. However, that facility warranted its work for only 30 days. After further discussion, I decided I would rather purchase a new computer. Mike suggested some models that he thought would meet my needs and were reasonably priced.  I purchased the new computer that day from a local store. Mike came to my home at the agreed upon time the next day and set up my new computer, including transferring the data from the undamaged hard drive on my non-working computer to the new one. My new computer is running like a fine tuned instrument. <br />"
