"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"We have windows that we bought from Thermal-Gard years ago.  A few years after we bought them, the company no longer offered their services in Wisconsin.  So, when we had a problem with one of the windows, they told us they would send the parts but we have to find someone to repair the window.  My bathroom window would not open from the bottom at all.   I had difficulty finding someone who would do the work.  Found Superior thru Angies List.  Scott and Ryan replaced the springs but since Thermal-Gard didn't send  the correct springs, the window didn't stay up.  So, after recieving the correct springs, Ryan returned and replaced them.  No extra charge either.  How nice!  Very happy with the company.

"John was one of the few deck remodelers that returned my call for a proposal/quote in mid-February, as we wanted the new deck to be completed by early summer.  He & his wife (Jaclyn) were very helpful in helping us pick out decking & railing colors at their office as Azek had a brand new color catalog for 2016.  The darker slate gray decking with redwood picture frame boarder looks really great against our brick house, and the black railing with custom baluster insert looks quite distinctive.  (Previous deck was painted a monotone light gray that readily showed the slightest amount of dirt.)  Entire project was done in 3 days, from demolition to reconstruction to installation of new materials.  Although John's quote included an "additional charge to repair/replace unknown substructure damage" clause, it was not used - substructure was in fairly good shape.  Project came in on-time and on-budget.

"The job started out with some drywall repair but ended up requiring painting as well. Chris fully explained the process up front and did tell us that we might need painting. We were very impressed with every aspect of the job, the guys were very clean and respectful of our home. The job wasn't done until we were fully satisfied and Chris, Jeff and Brandon worked very hard to get everything done in a super timely manner to minimize the disruption in our lives. All went very well with Zimmerlee Construction in the repair of part of a tear-off new roofing job (by a different roofer) which had resulted in some water seepage issues.

Mike worked on the project himself with another worker. The roof repair (along with some subsequent work by a mason) seems to have taken care of the water seepage issues.  I'd like to thank Mike for his assistance in putting our water issues behind us.
