"Had Dawsons come out to demolish and rebuild our back deck, remove a cement prefab front entry and replace with a small porch, and redo our bay window in the front. We went with Dawson for a couple reasons - great reviews online, Greg was pressure-free when it came to deciding what we wanted for the project, and a reasonable estimate. During the course of each project, the work was handled with extreme care and attention, and with great professionalism. Greg was very hands-on throughout the project, and showed up every day to ensure the work was being completed to his standard. The end result was beautiful, exactly what we wanted. We could not have been happier with Dawsons, and will definitely be going back for future projects. Thanks Greg!!"

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

The price quoted prior to job was price unpaid upon completion. He took the time to set up my car to the garage openers and he cleaned up and took parts etc with him. Lisa is the office was also very kind and helped schedule the visit in a timely manner. i would highly recommend saugus door. Beware of other companies that you can’t identify."
