"The work was done on time, looks good & works as expected.  Salesperson and installers were very professional.  Two small issues however.  The salesperson wrote in our contract that they would repair/replace any damaged screens for life of the windows.  When I called the receptionist said the salesperson had gotten carried away but they would replace the screen if I removed and brought it to them.  It was pretty clear they did not want to honor that part of the agreement.  Not a big deal because I replaced the screen myself in about 15 minutes.  The other issue was that I have a 3 season room with sliding screen doors that don't work well.  I asked them if they could fix them, for extra cost, they said they would.  A representative was sent to my home and looked over the job.  He took a screen door and I have not heard from him again in 6 months.  <br /> I will pursue the screen door but follow through on non-standard items is a bit weak.  I would do business with them again but would make certain to "lock-down" every detail."
