"The process was great from start to finish. The representative came to my house gave me an assessment on where we could put the stair lift and it was a reasonable price. They installed next day and the install team was very helpful about showing me how to use the equipment and were very professional. I highly recommend them "

"Installation and installator were very professional. However 2 weeks later the lift developed a bump in the folding rail and the chair pitches for ward. Had to call twice for customer service. Person came spent 5 minutes, did not even ride the chair and said I’m sorry that’s just the way it is and left. Next time I won’t be in such a hurry and do my homework. Customer service can make or break a company. I’m not sure I would recommend this company, I STILL NEED MY CHAIR FIXED. Debra Tattan"
