"I have used McSwain Floors on three separate occasions. In 2012 they took out my carpet in my Family room and installed random plank with a custom stain color. In 2017 they did the same thing to my hallway and two bedrooms. Now recently they completed a custom design in my Master bedroom, using Brazilian Cherry with oak feature strips, laid in a skirt and picture frame pattern. Absolutely stunning. I will definitely use them again when we remodel our kitchen."

First impression: David picked up the phone when I called and made time to come to my property the same day for an estimate. He considered my budget and also noticed that I had dogs so he made recommendations on the best carpet and padding for my lifestyle with pets. The whole process was easy and David went out of his way to find me the best deal for my budget. When it came time to do installation, his team showed up early and went right to work and were done the sesame day. The result is absolutely beautiful. (Will post photos soon!) "Having signed on with a different builder in early September, that builder came and tore out our old deck before getting the building permit. After contacting the City of Columbia permit office, we were told more information was needed from the builder. Four weeks later they still hadn't provided the necessary information. We ended up going with Tennth Floor Contracting and they were Awesome!!! After we paid the deposit, they submitted the permit application and even sent us a screenshot of it. 10 days later they had the permit and scheduled the project for 11/10/2025. They were finished by Thursday late afternoon, 4 days later. Edward and his staff were so thoughtful and did great work."
