"Tony Trujillo is a pro's pro with TONS of experience, and he's a great guy to boot! We engaged Tony to install LVP throughout our 3600 sq. ft. home. We had a mixture of carpeting and sheet vinyl on most of our floors. This was a really large job! To complicate matters, we were working with our builder to repair a couple of areas in our concrete slab before we could install our flooring. We started the flooring install, only to find a secondary area that needed to be addressed by our builder. Tony was beyond flexible and patiently waited along with us until the the slab was repaired. Once we were ready to continue the install, Tony was unbelievably accommodating and got his guys back in to finish the job so that the job was finished in time for Thanksgiving. I can't say enough how thankful we were (and are), and how much of an impact that made on my wife and me! Pricing was VERY reasonable, and we could NOT be happier with our result. A very special shout-out to a particular member of Tony's team, Joey! He was as much a stickler as we were for making sure the end result was perfect. We love our new floors SO much! "Kathy gave me advice on how to proceed which was what I was looking for. Our first conversation was on July 29th and the job was done on August 19. I was hoping to match my existing hardwood. However Kathy was upfront that this is very difficult to do as existing hard wood in my living/dining/kitchen is 15 years old and has aged. Kathy provided a sample that I agreed seemed to blend well. Now that the floors are installed, you can tell that it is different wood in the bedrooms, but I feel like Kathy was upfront about this. The floors in the bedroom are beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. I think once furniture is in and carpet are down the demarcation will be less noticeable."

"Work was done within time frame stated. Old carpet that had been there for years taken up and vinyl plank floor installed. All garbage removed. Area was clean when work was done. Had a small issue that I noticed with a threshold after installation was complete but it was fixed and I am very pleased with the way it turned out and the flooring looks great. The communication was very prompt and clear throughout the process."

"Fully satisfied with the services provided. Mike educated my on my floor, what cause the issues to my floors, and how to prevent in the future. He even pointed out multiple things that weren't coming clean while doing the job that I would have never have picked up on. Most people would have taken the money and gone, I would've never noticed. He came back and worked on his hands and knees getting every detail clean. Floors look great and I have good cleaning products to take of my floor going forward. "Jeff May and his crew did a great job refinishing and repairing the damage to our hardwood floors caused by the first company we hired. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done to so the floors could be properly refinished. Our floors now have a beautiful color and finish. . It was a pleasure to work with Jeff. His crew, Bobby and Dallas were very polite and we are pleased with their work but a minor quibble is that they always arrived late mornings. They worked constantly once they arrived. We highly recommend and wish we had initially called Jeff May Hardwoods."

"These guys are AWESOME! 1st my bathroom subfloor and beams were soaked total disaster. We decided to redo everything tile on shower, walls and floor. New shower new tub. They fixed the floor, reinstated, new beams. Put in new flooring orange waterproofing. Very professional. These guys gave me a fair price showed up early never late and worked like machines all day. They pointed out everything and never tried to take advantage of the situation or price. I'm going to use them for a ton more jobs. If you want expertise and reliability then hire these guys. They were done in 5 days as well and it was a huge mess to fix. 5 stars isn't enough for this crew do not hesitate to work with them."

"Installers played music very loudly while working and left garage door open to house while working.  
Floor looks ok from quick glance but when you look closely as in when cleaning you can find lots of defects in wood patches where nicks and chips were tried to cover up and in one spot even a staple is visible that was tried to cover with wood filler.  They also used LOTS of staples to hold the wood floor down which caused splintering of my subfloor.  It took me 2 hours to clean up
the mess it made in my basement below this room.  I would not call them again
