Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."

However;our old hot water heater was inspected,and removed.A new hot water heater was installed,and is working perfectly. I suppose after looking up prices for a hot water heater online,and then buying one then having it installed by the same plumbing company are two different things.I guess you could call it sticker shock. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services.
