Manufactured in Florida and built to handle the severe Florida weather, Titan gives our clients long term security by offering a 40 year warranty on our sunrooms, screen rooms, patio covers, pergolas, car ports and proprietary line of Blockhouse Sheds. "Unfortunately we do not offer Screen Repair or Repair services".
"Titan did a screen patio enclosure for me in February. Once the weather got nicer and we started using the sliding screen doors, it was immediately obvious that the door did not fit into the frame. Within days, the door completely fell out of the frame. We noticed that the screen was coming out of the door as well. The salesman had talked up the warranty, so I wasn't too concerned. However, the reason for the one star is the poor service related to the warranty. I put in a service request and also called Titan. In order to get service manager Mike to come to my house, I had to make at least four phone calls. There is no voice mail for the service division. No one calls back unless you get nasty. Mike finally came out and assessed the frame as too high. He mentioned the installer was likely inexperienced (just what I wanted to hear after spending a ridiculous amount of money on the enclosure). He promised to call and come out within a week. Well it's been a week and Mike can't be reached. I'm extremely disappointed given the company has good reviews generally, but certainly don't count on any service if something goes wrong."
