Very labor intensive, hauling out concrete, hauling in 5 gallon buckets of gravel & cement up & down the basement stairs. 32x22 French Drain perimeter and sump pump with battery backup installed in 1 day. The entire basement and outdoor area was cleaned after the work, even the driveway was washed down. About 4-5 guys showed up and Fernando was the foreman on the job.
