"I had to hire a local, appliance repair business who came to my house and reset the panel. He did not have to replace the latch ."

"Alek responded to our request within minutes, he was available over the weekend, he showed up when scheduled and communicated extremely well! All that AND he diagnosed & repaired our washer, which saved us from having to purchase a new one after being told that it was necessary by a local appliance dealer. He was respectful of our home & very pleasant to work with. I would recommend Horizon Appliance Solutions for all appliance repairs!"

"My dryer repair was handled promptly and efficiently by Ken at Affordable Appliance."

"Jose was a life-saver: he came hours after my new gas range stove was delivered and when the store, that sold it to me refused to do the same day installation He was on time, very professional. He was the one who noticed that my new stove was damaged and offered to come and install it for free again after the store replaces it, even though he did his job and it was totally not his fault that the stove was damaged during shipping I would highly recommend Jose!"

"I have a Home Warranty with AHS and the Home Warranty company called A-1 Appliance to come out and do my repairs.  A-1 Appliance told my husband many parts were needed and would be ordered and they'd be back in touch to schedule the next visit.
I heard nothing by 4 days later so I called the AHS and they knew nothing.  It turns out  that A-1 does not work on "sealed systems" but they did not convey that or anything else to my Home Warranty Company who also dropped the ball.  They next called New England Appliance Repair who came right away and also told me they needed many parts.  Instead of waiting days and days, N.E. Appliance expedited the shipment of the parts and they're return to my home so that within a couple of days the repairman Bill was back here repairing not only my refrigerator but my wall oven as well which was way off temperature.  I will tell AHS in the future that I only want to use N.E.A.!"

"Aladin was very knowledgeable and professional. The job was done quickly. The new igniter failed, which he explained sometimes happens, however, he returned and replaced it quickly. Have not had any problems since then (4 mos ago)."

"At first it was suggested that the whole commode be replaced, but it was found out that the bowl was intact and that only the tank be replaced. This replacement was done and the new unit worked fine and nothing else was needed to be done. Great service, good workmanship and will recommend this company to others."
