"I asked for an estimate on spring replacement. But decided to go with the whole system replacement and roller replacement. The original rollers and system were from the original home builder in 1997. Isaiah called before he arrived and gave an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional the whole time. He provided several options. I went ahead and decided to replace the whole system and he was ready to install the system the same day. Isaiah was very customer service oriented and answered all questions as well as provided explanation and description of all options avaliable in the new system. He walked me through how everything and I was very comfortable with the knowledge he left me with operating the garage door and all the bells and whistles that came with the new system. If there are any friends and family that ask me about a garage door repair/install, I will definitely be referring Garage Door Doctor. Their office and field staff communicate very well and are very professional. We really appreciate everything this company has provided and will refer you all to anyone who asks."

"Everything went great.  I called late morning, and within 2 hours they had a technician at my home.  He quickly evaluated the issue, and gave me the option of fixing the existing opener, replacing it with a quality brand, or replacing it with the Guardian brand, which was a little more expensive but comes with a lifetime warranty.  I chose the third option.  Took him about half an hour to install, and he programmed both of our cars to open it before leaving.  Great job.

"Came out on a Sunday morning and replaced my garage door springs. Showed up on time, and did the work professionally and quickly. He also adjusted the motor, and moved the mount location for the door spring assembly as it had been poorly installed by the builder. This was done at no extra cost. $250 for replacing both springs is perhaps a bit steep. But it was done on a Sunday morning, and done well. I have no complaints. Thank you!"
