Get matched with top pipe repairers in Needville, TX

"Awesome job. Lee and his crew are always very professional and do GREAT work. I have used Bay Coast on this new construction add-on, 2 Repipes and several repairs. Very good work."

"It went well but we had to cut out wallpapered sheetrock to get to the shower faucet part that needed repaired.  Matt definitely knows his plumbing skills!  However, I think the job was overpriced.  $125 service call for a Saturday.

"This past weekend, my third floor toilet/sinks were backing up due to a lost plumbing snake. I called SmartChoice and spoke with Carlos this past Sunday. He came out Sunday night and looked at the situation. He returned Monday with Travis and tried to get the snake out but couldn't (He removed the toiled, put in a camera and tried taking it out that way). He finally returned this morning (with Travis) and finished the job. He cut into the wall into our garage and pulled it out. I really appreciated the fact that Carlos tried multiple ways to get the snake out before cutting into the wall. He did not immediately pick the most expensive option.
During all 3 visits, Carlos (and Travis) were very professional. They were on time, very detailed with their explanation on what needed to be come. I called multiple plumbers last Sunday before choosing SmartChoice. They had the best price. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will definitely call them in the future if I have more plumbing issues.

"Like some other reviewers, I came upon the Lindsay Co. through AHS home warranty. They came two days after the call, gave me the promised heads up before arriving. Courteous and answered all my many questions. Fixed the problem. No complaints! I'll follow up if something comes up with the repair, but I'm happy.

"Very Well! The price was very reasonable. Very professional and punctual. Arrived on time."

"Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"

"First off, this company was great as to responsiveness and bidding the job. Then they were able to schedule the work to begin quickly and showed up as promised. Approached the work with professionalism and skill and completed all work to my satisfaction. I will call these people each and every time I need something done with my home or business."

"After a fire, we needed to replace the flooring in our entire home. This was a huge job, along with sheet rock from the fire. Aquiles and Manuel were great to work with.. The flooring we chose needed extra care, and they did the job perfectly. Friendly and super professional, They even did not mind working around our small noisy dogs.. If I ever have any home project, they would be the first people that I called.. Thank you for making our floors perfect"

"Rob and his team are truly amazing! They came in and efficiently installed a root block in our backyard on a Thursday. The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows. I highly, highly recommend hiring him and his team (some of whom have been with him 16 years) He is honest, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced!"

"Bassam used high-quality subcontractors to reconstruct the wall and to repair a leaky chimney cap, and his own workers for the interior wall repairs and flooring. He arranged for advantageous financing. He worked closely with my home insurance inspectors and the resulting report enabled me to obtain partial insurance coverage for the repairs (my lawyer friends had thought it unlikely that I would be able to obtain any insurance coverage at all). Bassam also obtained a permit from the city and worked closely with city inspectors. This involved hours of waiting for an inspector from the city’s understaffed inspection department. There were five visits altogether. Bassam would wait outside my home in his truck until the inspector arrived, not knowing the exact time or even the day of arrival. To further complicate matters, the wall being repaired was on a zero-lot line property, meaning that we needed the permission of my highly skeptical neighbor to obtain access to her yard to do the repairs on my house. I estimate that meeting the neighbor’s requirements delayed completion of the work by an additional two months. The job took on a high degree of urgency as the heavy rains of spring set in. As it turned out, the exterior wall repairs were completed two days before the Tax Day storm of 2016. After that, the interior repairs went smoothly. Bassam assisted me with the choice of suitable paint colors for my living room and guest bedroom. Floor It Today is a small family company, and Bassam described this job as unusually delicate. There were several points on which the company could improve. Typed contracts would be an advance over handwritten ones, I felt some pressure when I was persuaded to switch from luxury vinyl to wood-look porcelain, and the additional repairs as well as the change in flooring material increased my monthly installment payments in a way that I did not fully understand (they went back down to the original amount after the additional charges were paid off). The final result, however, is stunning. My new floor has won high praise from my visitors and I find I prefer the natural material to vinyl. In addition, the porcelain floor is highly durable and will not be damaged even if water enters again. Bassam and his workers were always reliable and courteous, despite the frustrations involved. I saw, too, that Bassam was careful and considerate in his treatment of his employees. He was humane toward the pets who were affected by this work and respectful of their owners’ feelings. I appreciated his patience and persistence in a job that became far more complex and demanding than anyone had anticipated. In the end, Floor It Today and Bassam Mirza came through with flying colors."
