He was very patient and took the time to explain the different flooring options and pros and cons of each I don?t know how many samples I pulled out but it was a lot. He was so nice and explained to me how each was manufactured and how to tell a cheap floor from a good one. When I went into actually place my order, his daughter was there and was just as helpful. She had her adorable son with her. It?s such a great feeling to work with a family owned company.
