"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

What a terrific team Creative Interior Solutions has! Jeff walked us through the design process with style and finesse. Cole, the contractor kept things going at a steady pace while Rick and Jonathan, the finish carpenters, installed the cabinets, put on the door handles and coxed all the components to fit. Carlos the drywall man and Gary, the touch up guys were magicians.

And Clean! Everyday ended with vacuuming and checking that all materials were stored properly as well as looking to see there were no trip hazards left in the construction zone.

The most amazing event of all was the time the remodel took. Jeff and Cole told us at the beginning of the job that it would take 4 - 6 weeks and it took six weeks on the dot.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Lorne and Jorge are absolutely incredible! TLC is such a perfect name for this company as they put such love and care into this project! This was a gift to my parents and they did everything they could to make sure costs were kept low. Very upfront, great with communication, and never aimed to take advantage of someone who isn’t familiar with construction/remodeling. They finished the whole project in less than two days and it looks incredible! I will definitely be hiring them again for any remodeling needs and highly, highly recommend! "Great, dropped them off. They called the next day and gave me an estimate. Finished the same day. I wish I would of found them when I owned my old house. There I took them into a blind place on the west side of town, and they wanted to charge me $125 each one- so I ended up buying new ones."

It went pretty well.  Responded to us right away and started work the next week. Work only took a couple of days which was nice. The quality I think is pretty good. Everything looks great. The price was a bit high I think but I'm not familiar with how much these things go for. The only other complaint I have was that they left some dings on the door frame when putting the washer and dryer back in. Something we can fix I think. Also we had a few things stolen from our garage when they were here but probably because we had to leave it open so they could work.
