"Plumbers arrived at agreed time with a call ahead to let me know they were on the way. Reviewed my kithcen faucet and let me know what they thought was causing the leak and possible ways to fix it. Gave me an option to purchase my own small parts and repair myself to see if that corrected the leak. Also offered two other options and the pricing if I wasn't able to fix it myself. I was told when I booked the appointment that I would receive the initial visit to review my issues free of charge and it was. I have since purchased the parts and fixed the leak for now. I will call Pure Plumbing first with any other plumbing issues. They were fair and honest and very professional"

"They're excellent! They have a fast response time, they are courteous, polite, professional and they communicated so well with me from the get go and they follow through. Alex went above and beyond with installing the kitchen faucet and water filtration system I provided, he even cleaned up after himself. What a great guy. Nick was very efficient with communicating next step and calling me super fast. DeAndrea followed up with me and kept me in the loop. I love the text notification message they send with a picture of the tech they're sending for assurance. I love how they work! "Needed to replace my HVAC so got 12 quotes (yeah, I went overboard). Chose Express Home Services out of the dozen because 1) they were recommended by my energy audit guy, 2) they provided a *very* competitive quote, and 3) they were very responsive to all the questions I had. Essentially, I went with the company that gave me the best value and vibe, and I have no regrets. Everyone that came out and did the install, and the owner, Jeremy, are total pros.
