He replaced my old disposal with the new one within 30 minutes, explained to me the problem's with my old one, showed me the the worn parts from my old disposal to provide proof of the damaged appliance and the fact that there was a leak and did a thorough test of the new disposal to show that all work was done correctly and that there were NO leaks. "I have hired Agazi on previous occasions to repair a dryer and a stove. These were simple repairs and were done properly. I recently hired him again to fix a 3-year old dishwasher that had a small leak. Unfortunately my experience this time was not as good. I paid him $194 upfront and after replacing 2 small parts in the door itself that did not do anything to fix the problem he told me to contact someone else because he had no solutions. I contacted another appliance repair. The first thing that person did was to look under the dishwasher and, based on the location of the puddle of water, he was able to figure out the issue. I asked Agazi to refund my money since the parts that he put in did not need to be replaced. He refunded only $51. I was disappointed that he did not have the knowledge to fix my problem."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
