I was confused about the final cost of service visit and repair. Be sure you understand what it means when they say the cost of the service visit is deducted from the service itself. Is it $40.00 or a 20% discount? Despite that, the cost was in-line or maybe a little better than other appliance repair companies I've dealt with in the past. "Came home from work to find water running down my driveway pouring up out of the ground from the control valves on my irrigation system. Unfortunately the builder never installed a gate valve to isolate the irrigation from the main water line so I had to turn  the water off at the meter. I called a nearby irrigation specialist who came out and found the leak. While they were able to stop the immediate problem their "permanent" fix was very poor quality and the their new repair was already dripping water within a day or so. I called Roswell Woodstock Plumbing Co at 7:30 am the next morning and was told they would have someone there within a couple hours. John and Gary showed up ahead of schedule and gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix it right. John re-configured the connection and made a stronger more permanent fix. Both John and Gary took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me a few pointers on minor plumbing repairs I can handle on my own. After watching these guys work it's easy to tell they're professionals and take pride in their work. I'll be using them from now on..."
