"Eric was responsive from the initial call. He was able to come address our issue the next business day. We had a series of canned lights go out in our 6 year old home. We also had a doorbell that was not working. Eric took a stepped approach to solving the problem in order to minimize impact on our home and ensure we were fixing the root of the problem. He was able to identify and fix the problem at little cost. He also offered to walk me through how to fix the doorbell since it was the chime rather than the wiring (and thus save me money).
