"This is one of the best experiences I have had with any home repair company. They contacted me within minutes of my inquiry and sent Jorge to my house within an hour or so! Jorge was able to get my damaged garage door to close (at no additional expense to me) so my items in the garage would be secure overnight. Jorge was out the next morning and had the new door installed quickly. He is a very kind and considerate Christian man that communicated well all the details of the job. I feel the price was fair, especially with this stellar customer service. I highly recommend TBG if you need garage door service! Ask for Jorge, he is the best!!!"

"The tech was on time and very knowledgeable and professional he replaced my springs and cables and only charged me $325 would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs"

"TBG replaced the spring mechanism on our garage door a couple of years ago, and I was very pleased with their service and price. So when our door started not to open correctly, I called Omar to come and check it. He told me the drive motor was beginning to go, and that it might continue to work ok for weeks or months or years and would then just stop working altogether. He gave me a quote for a similar replacement. After a few weeks the door was just not opening smoothly, so I called Omar back and he came out within 24 hours. He brought with him the original unit he quoted for, and a Liftmaster 8550WLB, which had a bigger motor, drive belt (v's chain) and WIfI capability. It was $75 more expensive than the one he originally quoted, but cleary offered a lot more features - including the capability to check to ensure if the door has been left open. Without feeling pressured to select it, I chose the 8550, and Omar had it fitted within a couple of hours. He also checked and lubricated the rest of the operating system. As previously, I highly recommend TBG for any of your garage door needs."
