"An exceptional experience with Ideal Siding. Our house looked old.The crew assigned for our project were outstanding. Were on time daily and delivered as promised with no issues or surprises along the way. Could not recommend any higher!"

"Gearold White and his co-worker showed up right on time to do the job.  I have a lot of concrete, three large driveways, side walks, and a large concrete area surrounding my in ground pool.  All of this concrete had turned black with mold and dirt, and had become very unsightly.  They proceeded to put down a cleaner/mold killer on all the pavement, and then used large buffer machines to scrub the cleaner in and remove the mold/black build up.  Gearold also took it a step further, and when going by any fixed object (out door lamps, patio windows, ect...) he would hit them with the pressure washer and spiff them up just because he could!  I can't say enough good about this man, and his work ethics.  I would recommend him to anyone, and would not worry in the least about what their experience with him would be like.

"Recently, we had our siding and window frames refurbished and our roof completely replaced, all by M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows. We were skillfully assisted through the process by M&M's representative Jim Williams. We've worked with Jim for over eight years on our periodic roof inspections and minor repairs. So, I was confident that Jim and M&M were the right choice for our major repairs and replacement. Jim and M&M did not disappoint. Their crews were on time, their work was efficient and their cleanup after was meticulous. After completion, Jim followed up to make certain we were 100% satisfied. We were. I highly recommend Jim Williams and M&M for all of your roofing, siding and window needs!"

"Everything was done very well. The painting took a few days because it was done by just one person. Painting the doors & trim requires the door to remain open for a few hours to dry, so I am glad there weren't any mosquitoes or extremely cold weather."

"Awesome. George was out on Saturday afternoon to give us the estimate and they were put on by Tuesday afternoon. They didn't take any money down and you don't pay until the job is complete. We already love and want more!"

"All of my expectations were met by Guardian Window. Very professional installation crew made up of experienced carpenters who were well equipped to handle any problems. They made quick work once they were there and left are home in great condition."

"Alex & Mike's team did an awesome job in just under 48 hours and we have a large one story ranch with a 12/1 pitch. Took care of our landscaping and made sure to keep the trash with nails to a minimum at all times. Everyone has gone the extra mile to make sure that we understood about the GAF products and that they are installing the best quality roof. At the end of the day, our roof was better than expected and we would hire them again without any hesitation."

"They showed up as schedules and completed the job in 2.5 days. I would recommend them to my friends.

"First let me state, work was done when we (My area) had just had some severe weather a lot of people had had Roof damage and such due to Hail. That said, my B Ratings on the Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism are all very much influenced by this, as everyone was getting work done, there were no less that 5 different groups in my subdivision alone, on any given day, and the owner of the company, Tony, voiced this up front and gave me a longer lead time to get started. He was able to get to us faster than the original long lead he stated. When we did speak, Tony was friendly and professional, but he wasn't always easy to get hold of. When we had some items that weren't quite right, he had gotten it taken care of, without excuses and it was resolved quickly (and for note, none of the items were big things, just smaller things, for example, missing to paint the inside of the door way (framing) on the garage. Also note, this review is being written around 2 years after all work was done. So my A on Quality is not right after work was done, but in a 2 year tried and tested time frame, in which the work still looks great overall, and no problems areas have arisen. I had a lot done, and they did it in a good amount of time in comparison to my neighbors and friends roofing people, and, taking into considering the current workload and simultaneous jobs they had going at the time. Each job I had done was a different crew. Some were Great (Team that did the Fence) and Some were, less than great (Team that did the roof, which was what was currently in high demand at the moment). I did look over materials that were used, and all was exactly what was stated up front, and was all the name-brand material, in case anyone is curious. He also did NOT charge extra for two color paint use (trim and siding varied). Warranties were all good and at least 5 years for lowest (fencing) and considerably longer (I think 20-25 for roof) for other items. Overall I would recommend to use, and I will probably use again myself. I would expect the experience to be a firewall 5 (All A's) when next I choose to use them, as it won't be during a time that everyone and their mother are getting the same type work done."
