"Bradley does a very good job WHEN HE SHOWS UP! What should have been a 6-week job took 4 months. At the beginning of the project, he spent several weeks finishing up a job that was supposedly nearly finished. He tore out my bathroom at the beginning of March and I was unable to use it until the middle of June. He collected 90% of the contract amount within the first month, after which I only saw him for a few hours a week until the middle of June. The allowances he quoted for the materials were at at least 25% below the actual cost, which significantly increased the cost of the project. When I cancelled a $1600 item at the end of the project, he charged me a $400 cancellation fee for something he had not started."
