"He did not show what he did and I was too trustworthy that I did not check things his quote was to pay for labor material, at the end when he started to take away v the extra material I asked so what is my price now that you are taking the material back he said he always bring extra, he charged for brewing the 2 outlet was behind the beds and I asked him do I need to take down the beds so he could he said yes well in my room he did nothing but stilled charged for labor material (prior to this I could not run both AC at the same time, he did run a new line for the room install a separate plug for that ac in the basement below the panel box is an outlet he remove the cover and left it with not cover I have sent several texts to his phone and e-mail to his offices asking backing when would he be returning to put the cover on no reply. Bad customer service for a widow senior citizen. When will he be coming back to put the cover plate."

"Friday April 25 - company reached out after appointment starting time that they were no longer available and needed to reschedule Wednesday April 30 - company late for appointment Friday May 9th - company rescheduled installation date Wednesday May 14th - company rescheduled installation date again Saturday May 16th - company reached out at appointment starting time to reschedule Saturday May 16th - after we voiced our frustration with the above, company indicated with 40 minutes advance notice that they may not be able to make appt Saturday May 16th - company no-showed the time they suggested. We are unable to get in touch with company. Despite the company having read receipt functionality turned on, we did not receive a response after they read our message asking if anyone was coming so we could plan our Saturday accordingly "
