Each technician is more friendly and helpful than the last. They are always informative and never try to sell me extra stuff. The office staff is also cheery and efficient. Short Pump Heating and Air has nursed my 19 year old HVAC units thorough the 3 summers since I bought the house. after doing my own research, I completely trust the owner to walk me through the new HVAC purchase process. Really, I love this company! I have convinced my mom and friends to hire them too! "I went in a different direction with somebody else that wasn’t on Angie’s List.  They were professional.  They went through all the stuffs and then they came back the second time and checked on something before doing the quote.  Their quote was the most expensive one compared to the others.  I ended up not doing the boiler.  Overall, they were good.  They did what they were supposed to do.  They showed up, but it actually took a few days and that was because they wanted to come back and check something.  They did respond.  I would consider using them in the future."
